Our New York based affiliate company, Sherri Builders, has been in business for over 35 years.

Tony Tichner has 40 years experience in the building business. After graduating with a business degree from the University of Maryland, Mr. Tichner teamed with a relative to form Florin Homes and built over two hundred houses in Suffolk County. In 1980, he became a principal member of Clylaw Development, a firm that specialized in land and condominium development. In 1983, Tony started his own business, Sherri Builders. For 35 years he has run every project for the company and continues to do so today with Tichner Builders in South Florida.
Establishing his roots in the construction industry, Spencer began his journey with Sherri Builders in New York back in 2012. Over the years, Spencer honed his skills and gained invaluable experience in managing a diverse range of projects, from residential and commercial to retail and industrial. In 2021, Spencer proudly earned his Florida license, expanding his expertise to new horizons. Spencer’s passion for construction runs deep, inherited from his father, who imparted invaluable lessons that shaped his understanding of the industry. Now, as a seasoned professional, Spencer brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to every project he undertakes.
